- Understanding of online marketplaces and their algorithms.
- Sales mindset with ability to identify high-potential job leads.
- Client psychology knowledge to position offers effectively.
- Fluent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 months of proven freelancing experience, preferably on online platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to write winning proposals and secure projects.
