Unilever Pakistan is launching an initiative to find talented marketing professionals for a role in brand management.
This platform offers aspiring candidates the opportunity to join our resume bank and be considered for potential future Assistant Brand Manager roles within our organization.
We are looking for marketing professionals with at least 2 years of experience in brand management who are passionate about developing their careers.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong bias for action, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include aligning cross-functional teams, analyzing data to identify issues and opportunities, and micro-managing key markets and channels.
Additionally, the candidate will have a good understanding of the media landscape in Pakistan and be able to work closely with media, outdoor, and digital agencies on media plans.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing P&L portfolios, working closely with brand development teams, and being flexible to travel and conduct regular market visits and consumer meets.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred, at least 2 years of brand management experience, and proficiency in data analysis and media planning.
