We will reach out to you if your profile matches upcoming opportunities.Position Title: Assistant Brand ManagerLocation: Karachi, Head OfficeKey Responsibilities:
  • Align cross-functional teams on projects and regularly follow up with them.
  • Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Micro-manage key markets and channels and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Understand the media landscape in Pakistan and collaborate with media, outdoor, and digital agencies on media plans.
  • Coordinate with third parties/agencies for launches, events, and activations.
  • Manage the P&L of the portfolio.
  • Work closely with the brand development team on strategy, innovation plans, and communication calendars.
  • Be flexible to travel and conduct regular market visits and consumer meetings to stay closer to customers and consumers.
Core Skills Required:
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong bias for action.
  • Ability to take accountability and responsibility, with empowerment given in this role.
  • Good at multitasking.
Competencies:
  • Ability to analyze retail audit and consumer panel data.
  • Understanding of the media landscape in Pakistan.
  • Knowledge of P&L to work on pricing scenarios and cost control with supply chain teams.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of brand management experience.
