Position Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: Karachi, Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Align cross-functional teams on projects, regularly follow up with them on it.
  2. Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities.
  3. Micro-manage key markets and channels and make an action plan accordingly.
  4. Have a good understanding of the media scenario in Pakistan and work closely with media, outdoor, and digital agencies on media plans.
  5. Coordinate with third parties/agencies for launches, events, activation.
  6. Manage the P&L of the portfolio.
  7. Work closely with the brand development team on strategy, innovation plans, and communication calendar for the brands.
  8. Be flexible to travel and do regular market visits and consumer meets to stay closer to customers and consumers.
Core Skills Required:
  1. Good interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong bias for action.
  3. Ability to work with empowerment, accountability, and responsibility.
  4. Good at multitasking.
Competencies:
  1. Ability to analyze retail audit and consumer panel data.
  2. Good understanding of the media landscape of Pakistan.
  3. Understanding of P&L to work on pricing scenarios with commercial teams and control costs with supply chain.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of brand management experience.
