Job Requirements

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Support Engineer in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing operating systems, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to customers
  • Manage operating systems and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilize industry-standard tools for issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with VoIP or SIP Solutions
  • Strong understanding of Linux OS (CentOS/Redhat), Docker, and database concepts
  • Experience with SIP Communication and Genesys is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and patience for troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of networking principles and database administration
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients
  • Basic programming knowledge is an asset
