Are you looking for a challenging role that utilizes your technical expertise and passion for technology? As an Oracle EPM Suite Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the Oracle EPBCS Suite and related modules. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues in planning, forecasting, tax reporting, and financial consolidation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for the Oracle EPBCS Suite and related modules (TRCS, EPM, PBCS, FCCS).
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in planning, forecasting, tax reporting, and financial consolidation.
  • Assist in system configuration, maintenance, optimization, and user training.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve support requests and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support efforts, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address bugs, enhancements, and escalated issues.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud enhancements, features, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPBCS Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of EPBCS, TRCS, PBCS, FCCS, and EPM modules.
  • Proven client-facing support experience with effective communication and resolution skills.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end EPBCS or EPM implementation is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integrations and modules.
  • Experience in post-implementation support and system performance tuning.
