
Business Development Account Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day account activities, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and contributing to commercial growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients to track project deliverables, resolve issues, and align on priorities.
- Preparing and maintaining client reports, billing updates, SLAs, and project documentation.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals, change requests, and pricing documents for Client services.
- Maintaining and updating the account pipeline and opportunity tracking within internal CRM systems.
- Participating in regular status meetings, steering committees, and workshops with stakeholders.
- Escalating risks or service gaps to senior leadership in a timely and constructive manner.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, telco, or B2B support role.
- Familiarity with telecom enterprise services is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with senior stakeholders.
Preferred attributes:
- Prior exposure to similar projects or accounts.
- Understanding of RFP/RFQ processes, managed services models, or enterprise SLAs.
- Ability to analyze usage reports, track KPIs, and support QBRs.
