Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager Operational Risk- IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of IT systems, digital platforms, and related processes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and analyze emerging IT and digital risks to ensure the bank's operational risk profile remains stable.
  • Develop and implement key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor IT and digital risks effectively.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of risk mitigation controls in place.
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT and digital risk controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to risk controls to address identified vulnerabilities and emerging threats.
  • Investigate and analyze IT and digital risk incidents, identifying root causes with relevant stakeholders, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and other departments to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented and maintained.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and management within an IT or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, digital platforms, and related processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
