Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, encompassing recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities.

  • Act as a liaison between staff and management to resolve employee relations issues and promote open communication channels.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as office supplies, travel arrangements, facility coordination, and vendor management with high efficiency.
  • Assist with company events, meetings, and documentation preparation, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Provide support for expatriate employees on accommodation, visa, and work permit matters, addressing their unique needs with care and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles.
  • Possess 3–5 years of HR and/or administration work experience, preferably in the technology or smart hardware industry, showcasing expertise in HR processes and administrative procedures.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with HR systems, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in English as a working language, enabling effective collaboration and interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
