Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an MTO – People Operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to learn, grow, and build a career in Human Resources.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the people operations team in day-to-day operations and ongoing projects.
  • Gain exposure to various HR functions through rotational assignments.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
