International Education Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced International Education Consultant to lead our student consultancy operations. This role involves managing end-to-end student journeys — from initial consultation and course selection to admissions and visa application — while achieving business targets and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international education systems, sales strategies, and student visa procedures. They will provide expert guidance to students on study destinations, courses, universities, and career prospects, and conduct detailed profile assessments to ensure accurate course and university recommendations.

This role requires staying updated with changes in international education systems and visa requirements, as well as building partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will also oversee student application processes including documentation, SOP review, and interview preparation, and guide students on visa application processes for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to students on study destinations, courses, universities, and career prospects.
  • Conduct detailed profile assessments to ensure accurate course and university recommendations.
  • Stay updated with changes in international education systems and visa requirements.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee student application processes including documentation, SOP review, and interview preparation.
  • Guide students on visa application processes for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in study abroad consultancy, international admissions, or visa counselling.
  • Strong knowledge of visa regulations and admission processes for major study destinations.
  • Proven experience in sales and lead conversion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role in the education consultancy industry.
