Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Develop and implement periodic office maintenance plans, manage office procurement and supplies, and handle vendor relationships.
  • Safety and Security: Develop and oversee office safety and security protocols, including the maintenance of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
  • Equipment Management: Manage the office equipment and goods store, ensuring proper inventory and organization.
  • Mess/Lunch Facilities: Oversee the smooth operation of the office employees' mess/lunch facilities.
  • Power and Electricity: Manage office power and electricity, including generators, and ensure the efficient functioning of air-conditioning systems.
  • Financial Management: Contribute to the development and management of the annual budget and implement cost control measures.
  • EOBI and Employee Medical: Manage EOBI (Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution) processes and employee medical management.
  • Guest Support: Provide support for official guests and company events, ensuring seamless arrangements.
  • Refreshment Arrangements: Take responsibility for office refreshment arrangements, including tea, coffee, and water.
  • Courier Services: Manage both international and local courier services, ensuring efficient handling and record-keeping.
  • Utility Bills and Petty Cash: Process utility bills, vendor invoices, and manage petty cash transactions accurately.
  • Communication Services: Manage official cellular accounts, PTCL lines, and related communication services.
  • Printing and Stationery Supplies: Oversee the management of office printing and stationery supplies.
  • Legal Administrative Matters: Liaise with government departments and handle routine legal administrative matters.
  • Vendor Contracts: Be responsible for managing annual contracts with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Employee Safety Kits: Oversee the procurement and stock management of employee safety kits (specifically for engineers).
  • Office Vehicles: Manage office vehicles, including maintenance schedules and insurance.
  • Insurance Policies: Handle office annual general insurance policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with established office policies and procedures.
