Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative duties, including security staff management, fire risk management, control gate operations, vehicle management, cleanliness, policy formulation, shared resource management, liaison with government departments, rejection/wastage management, asset management, guest handling, and labor welfare matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage security staff and implement safety protocols
  2. Monitor fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety systems
  3. Coordinate inward/outward movement of raw materials, machinery, and company assets
  4. Oversee daily vehicle operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver administration
  5. Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  6. Develop and regulate organizational policies
  7. Coordinate shared resources, such as meeting rooms and kitchens
  8. Liaise with the maintenance department for construction and electrical/mechanical issues
  9. Foster relationships with government departments, including LESCO, SUI GAS, PTC, and Social Security
  10. Implement rejection/wastage management practices
  11. Manage company assets, including furniture, vehicles, telephones, and air conditioners
  12. Greet guests and handle their requests
  13. Address labor welfare matters, including milk distribution, tea issues, and workers' uniforms

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior experience in the textile industry is beneficial
