Key Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Client Acquisitions Specialist to expand our client base and drive sales growth in the accounting industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective client engagement plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field, with a focus on sales, business development, or a related discipline.
