D365 Finance Solution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and implement D365 Finance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of finance processes to effectively address client requirements and optimize system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document functional requirements from clients to ensure accurate solution development.
  • Design and implement SCM modules in Dynamics 365 to align with business objectives, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis and recommend tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead complex ERP implementations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Deliver exceptional post-go-live support and training to users, enhancing their experience and productivity.
  • Provide expert project scoping, estimation, and documentation, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM, specifically AWMS and Landed Cost, is essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to map and configure business requirements into D365 is critical, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
  • A minimum of three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one Grocery Business ERP project, demonstrates expertise and depth of knowledge.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to drive project success and build trust.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment is essential for achieving high-quality results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology is highly beneficial, as is relevant Microsoft certification.
  • An ACCA, CA, MBA, or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation is necessary to apply for this role.
