HR Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to lead our organization's Human Resource Management functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and growing organization.

  • The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in reputable IT companies in a Supervisory/Managerial role.

The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. An MBA or MA in Human Resource Management is a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Formulate, execute, and monitor employee recognition, employee retention, organizational development, skills enhancement, team-building, and succession planning programs.

The candidate must have:

  • Extensive exposure and network in the IT industry
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
  • Strong business knowledge and demonstrated ability to execute complex business initiatives
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
  • Strong business knowledge and ability to execute complex business initiatives
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
