Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Develop and implement efficient office processes and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.
  • Assist visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise office services, including correspondences, filing systems, and supply requisitions.
  • Optimize office operations by procuring equipment, designing layouts, and streamlining systems.
  • Analyze and report on special projects and their outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage the office budget, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed.
  • Implement secure and confidential data storage practices.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office supplies inventory.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in office management.
  • Proficient in accounting and inventory management software.
