We seek a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Develop and implement efficient office processes and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.
- Assist visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Supervise office services, including correspondences, filing systems, and supply requisitions.
- Optimize office operations by procuring equipment, designing layouts, and streamlining systems.
- Analyze and report on special projects and their outcomes.
- Prepare and manage the office budget, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed.
- Implement secure and confidential data storage practices.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office supplies inventory.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in office management.
- Proficient in accounting and inventory management software.
