He/she carries out this responsibility by building customer relationships, operating the department at maximum efficiency, creating a good working environment, and properly managing the assets of the department.

Job Specification

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain a high level of grooming, hygiene, and dress consistent with the duties of the position.
  2. Deal with or report to Dealership management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned by Dealership management.
  4. Ensure a hygienic environment of the dealership.
