About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through retail partnerships and online collaborations
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage customer accounts effectively
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports to inform business decisions
  • Create engaging social media campaigns and email marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and drive conversions
  • Develop compelling content and visuals for various digital platforms
  • Optimize website traffic and online conversions using SEO/SEM strategies
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, or fashion)
  • At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales, marketing, or e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fashion, streetwear, and brand-building
