This role oversees the coordination of Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements (GSPAs) and Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA), ensuring their seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers thorough technical reviews of GSPAs and GTA, providing actionable insights to supervisors.
- Cultivates effective collaborations with Exploration and Production (E&P) Companies for input on agreement drafts.
- Guarantees compliance with petroleum policies, rules, and directives stipulated by the Ministry of Energy.
- Diligently monitors draft agreements for changes, implementing recommended actions.
- Ensures timely approvals for gas volumes acceptance.
- Leverages expertise to guide team members in addressing queries from regulatory bodies like OGRA and MoE.
- Tactfully responds to government auditor queries regarding GSPA/GTA implementation.
- Develops comprehensive progress updates for stakeholders, including the Board.
Requirements
- Possesses a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Holds at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Oil and Gas/Public Sector.
- Exhibits strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
