Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas, with a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of petroleum policies and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements (GSPA) and Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA) to ensure compliance with prevailing petroleum policies, rules, directives, SROs etc.
  • Coordinate with E&P Companies to seek input/comments/observations on GSPA drafts.
  • Work closely with technical/relevant departments for comments/feedback on terms of agreements.
  • Monitor approval process to formalize arrangement for acceptance of EWT Gas volumes during EWT phase and Commercial Gas volumes after Declaration of Commerciality.
  • Prepare updates for the Board on action points regarding progress achieved in GSPA/GTA/Term sheets etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in MBA or related field.
  • At least 04 years of post-qualification experience in oil and gas industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of petroleum policies and regulations.
