We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Patient Journey Champion. In this position, you will be responsible for partnering closely with healthcare professionals, academics, patient advocacy groups, and patients to understand their needs and connect our capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the patient journey in the oncology area, enabling engagement at the specialist level. You will be responsible for reporting incidents immediately to the SHE department and attending/completing all requisite online and F2F trainings within specified time limits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community
  • Responsible for Roche's products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use
  • Supports HCP education (pre-approved & post-approved products)
  • Awareness of disease diagnosis, patients' access to available funds, and proactive communication with HCPs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a science degree (MBBS/PharmD/Dentistry) and minimum 3 years of oncology therapeutic area experience. You should also have a consistent track record of achieving objectives, collaboration, and teamwork experience. Cross-functional experience and business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence are highly valued.
