Job Title: Manager Operations

The role of Manager Operations involves overseeing the daily operations of ATMs, including software installations, networking, and hardware upgrades. This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of engineers and collaborate with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ATM operations, ensuring seamless software installations, networking, and hardware upgrades.
  • Design wireless networking solutions for feasible ATM connectivity and remote monitoring.
  • Lead a team of engineers, overseeing their hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with business partners, client organizations, and vendors for routine operations.
  • Assist in project planning, providing inputs for project costing, financial projections, and decisions.
  • Prepare ATMs Performance Analysis based on costs and revenues.
  • Procure software and hardware.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Networking topologies (LAN, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, VPN, CDMA, WAN, MAN).
  • Operational knowledge of databases (SQL Server 2000, MS Access, Personal Oracle 8).
  • Operating systems (Windows 7/XP/Server/NT/2000/ME, MS-DOS).
  • Programming languages (C/C++, Visual Basic 6.0, Crystal Reports 7 & 8, SQL, PL/SQL, Developer 6i).
  • Hardware maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Training capabilities.
  • Time management and prioritization.
