Business Analysts play a pivotal role in driving business growth by bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with development teams to define API requirements, ensure proper data flow, and troubleshoot integration issues. This includes providing strategic insights on B2B eCommerce solutions, including pricing models, customer segmentation, and order workflows.

This role also involves working with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will assist in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure quality assurance standards are met before deployment.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 6 - 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and at least 4-5 years in IT technical documentation. Proven experience in B2B eCommerce, APIs, and/or enterprise technology solutions is also essential.
