Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the effective and efficient supply chain distribution setup for the distribution of pharmaceutical products to customers.

Key responsibilities include operating an effective and efficient competitive supply chain distribution setup for the distribution of GSK Rx products (15° to 30° and for 2° to 8°) to all its customers. You will also coordinate with third-party logistics providers in warehousing, physical dispatch of stocks against released orders as per daily schedule with timely availability of products and cost effectiveness.

Additionally, you will ensure on-time delivery of goods and materials from third-party logistics providers, avoiding delays in transportation and distribution. Meeting KPIs is crucial, ensuring 100% flow of goods and materials in alignment with commercial strategy.

Stock transfer management upcountry as per FC, DFC & sales target from DC & site will be a key aspect of this role. Managing institutional and customer dispatches/supplies through third-party logistics against verified orders, stock availability, stamping / re-packing activity, documentation in coordination with the institutional & trade CTC team and respective distributors for consolidation and development of the business.

Direct supplies in case of MSD / tender business / PDF may also be arranged in the presence of a company representative. Complete records of all dispatches to customers & upcountry (invoices, delivery challan & temperature records) must be maintained as per policy for audit trails.

Meeting external audits requirements queries & arranging documentation for Intellectual Property & IBR Audits will also be part of the job. Weekly W&D meetings for maintaining required inventory levels in line with monthly demand are crucial for success.

Weekly & Monthly W&D Performance meetings with dashboards & performance implementation as per KPIs will keep the focus on continuous improvement. Developing and leading station staff with regular check-ins and training sessions is essential for growth.

All documentation handling and record keeping, verification of all third parties billing, liaison with Legal/GMS sites against Local Government official / Regulatory authorities for queries & concerns will require strong organizational skills.
