Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound prospecting efforts. This position is essential to driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities in the Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, and iGaming sectors.


  • This role involves conducting outbound lead research using industry-leading platforms, building organized lead lists with accurate contact details, and identifying and qualifying decision-makers based on ideal customer profiles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lead research, strong data organization skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong research and data organization skills are required, as well as an understanding of outbound B2B prospecting principles.


Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outbound lead research using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  2. Build organized lead lists with accurate contact details and company information.
  3. Identify and qualify decision-makers based on ideal customer profiles.
  4. Maintain clean lead databases using Google Sheets or CRM platforms.
  5. Align lead generation activities with target regions, industries, and job roles.
  6. Deliver ready-to-contact lead lists to the sales or outreach team.

Requirements
  1. Experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic CRM tools.
  2. Strong research and data organization skills.
  3. Understanding of outbound B2B prospecting principles.
  4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
