As a Brand Building and Marketing Lead, you would play a pivotal role in ensuring our product line and services resonate with current and potential customers.

The ideal candidate would be passionate about uncovering clients' insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. This involves continuously monitoring marketing trends and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the market.

The Manager of Brand Building and Marketing serves as the point-person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities. These include:

  • Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallizing targeted consumer insights.
  • Designing strategies that align with our vision, mission, and goals.
  • Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leading creative development and creating motivating stimuli to attract the targeted population towards our brand.
  • Budgeting planned activities and presenting for approval.
  • Ensuring result-oriented efforts to gather sponsorship for various events.
  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to understand key improvement areas and responses towards brand building activities.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and the ability to develop effective strategies to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be able to work efficiently and effectively on any assignment assigned from upper management.
