Telesales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Telesales and Marketing Specialist to drive business growth by converting prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and promoting products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls:
Establish contact with potential or existing customers via phone to promote products and services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales opportunities. Maintain a high level of call activity to achieve sales targets. - Lead Generation & Qualification:
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and decision-making process. Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable). Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
