About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing effective talent acquisition strategies and managing the end-to-end resourcing process to deliver agreed targets for assigned roles.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/resourcing, preferably in the banking industry or headhunting agencies. They should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in using ATS and HR databases.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, conducting interviews, preparing competitive salary packages, and negotiating compensation packages with candidates.

You will also manage cross-functional/talent acquisition projects, provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and ensure delivery of direct sourcing targets for the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end resourcing process to deliver agreed targets for assigned roles
  • Sourcing quality candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing competitive salary packages
  • Negotiating compensation packages with candidates
  • Managing cross-functional/talent acquisition projects
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Ensuring delivery of direct sourcing targets for the country
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/resourcing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in using ATS and HR databases
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree holders will be given preference, especially if it's in Human Resources
