Software Documentation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to craft high-quality technical documents, user manuals, and guides that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft engaging software documentation to support product launches and customer adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive user manuals and guides for complex software applications.
  • Create compelling sales brochures, product information sheets, and marketing materials that drive business results.
  • Design visual aids for sales presentations and campaigns that capture the attention of our target audience.
  • Craft persuasive sales scripts and demonstration scripts to close deals and drive revenue growth.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional writing skills in technical and sales scriptwriting.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in creating marketing collateral.
  • Working knowledge of Information Management Systems or ERPs is essential.
  • Additional experience in Internet Marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English language is required.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science is necessary.
  • O-Levels/A-levels are highly preferred.
