We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse roles.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment trends, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements and source candidates with expertise in programming languages, cloud technologies, DevOps, AI/ML, or other relevant domains.
  • Collaborate with business units to fill roles in marketing, sales, finance, HR, and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering a positive employer brand.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective interview processes tailored to each role.
">Qualifications">
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Studies, Human Resources Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in both technical and non-technical recruitment.
  • Skills: Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to assess technical and cultural fit through behavioral and competency-based interviews.
