About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
  • Talk to customers regarding orders and ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Negotiate with customers to meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute orders efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Creativity in identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales (1 year preferred).
  • Total work experience of 3 years (preferred).
