Customer Support Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to act as a liaison between our customers and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • O Levels or higher education qualification.
  • Age: 18-45 years.
  • Excellent English language skills with a good American or neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivation, assertiveness, and responsiveness.
  • Adequate computer hardware specifications.
