Project Director

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our initiatives from inception to successful completion.

  1. Manage and coordinate the implementation of designated projects, including project definition and planning, business process and systems implementation, performance measurement systems, benchmarking, contract review, project facilitation, and training.
  2. Administer all aspects of the subcontracting process, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  3. Manage the project close-out process to ensure successful completion, meeting all quality and delivery standards.
  4. Forecast project costs throughout the project lifecycle, providing accurate financial projections and insights.
  5. Prepare presentations on various topics for top management, effectively communicating complex ideas and strategies.
  6. Lead project scope, costs, schedule, and billings, guiding the project team to achieve excellence in all areas.
  7. Provide direction and oversee work, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  8. Determine and prepare change orders for clients, addressing their needs and expectations with flexibility and agility.
  9. Assemble new project proposals with minimal guidance, leveraging expertise to deliver compelling and tailored solutions.
  10. Candidates with PMP certification will have an advantage for this position, showcasing their ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
