Job Title: Strategic HR Manager
About the Role:This is a key position that requires an individual to oversee and implement human resource strategies. The role entails ensuring compliance with employment laws, analysing existing policies and making changes as needed, and creating new policies to address emerging areas of concern.
Responsibilities:- To ensure effective employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR staff.
- To monitor and assess employee performance, including attendance and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish organisational goals and objectives.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the HR team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of employment law and regulations.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- MBA/BBA with specialisation in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.
