IT Recruitment Specialist

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates. You will proficiently fill various types of jobs in the IT sector and determine applicant qualifications through interviews. Your role will also involve providing support and taking initiative throughout the interview process, ensuring that contract employees are managed effectively while on assignment.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and react appropriately in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong phone presence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with composure. Additionally, you should be highly driven, calm, creative, and able to set realistic goals.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a technical staffing environment. They should also have proven success in placing IT professionals and experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques.
