Recruiter Role

We seek a highly motivated and experienced IT recruiter with hands-on experience in recruiting for the US market.

  • Identify top talent through various channels including job boards LinkedIn social media etc.
  • Conduct daily screening calls with prospective candidates on different roles providing briefs about the role and gathering necessary information.
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding.
  • Specialize in recruiting for IT positions in the US market ensuring compliance with US employment standards and practices.
  • Work closely with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Maintain update applicant tracking system ATS and keep records of all candidate communications.
  • Stay up to date with current hiring trends salary standards and other labor market information for the US IT sector.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of IT recruiting experience with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in onsite roles.
  • Familiarity with US hiring standards work visas and employment laws.
  • Strong experience using ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work in different time zones to align with US clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
