Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services
  • Contributing to the development of our knowledge base and support documentation
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company. Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in sales or upselling is a plus

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in customer service or relevant fields are highly desirable.
