We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to address technical customer inquiries related to our SaaS platform.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Assist customers with setting up systems and accounts for successful advertising campaign launches
  2. Troubleshoot and assist with queries on system, account creation, payment, and card features
  3. Resolve issues with advertising campaign launches and glitches within the system
  4. Help customers navigate system features and toolsets for optimal usage
  5. Assist with domain and proxy setups and troubleshoot related issues
  6. Support customers with card setups for media buying
  7. Provide extended after-hours support to customers on behalf of technical departments
  8. Collaborate on outreach and sales efforts
  9. Manage accounts inventory through effective farming methods
  10. Assist with customer communication and information dissemination
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and responsive in addressing customer queries
  • Consistent administrative efficiency and accuracy
  • High-level understanding of technical and business concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in remote work environments
  • Experience working with Facebook or similar platforms
  • Background in high-risk niches (crypto, casino, nutra, etc.)
  • History of supporting software companies, tech-savviness
