Elance Bidder Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elance Bidder to join our business venture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bidding on web designing and development projects, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and client needs analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid on web designing and development projects on various freelance platforms;
  • Maintain visibility in the market through effective brand management;
  • Analyze clients' needs and develop marketing strategies to meet their requirements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Meet performance targets and receive attractive compensation packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in bidding on ELANCE.com, ODESK.com, FREELANCER.com, or GURU.com;
  • Strong sales skills, including sales retention, writing proposals, selling skills, lead generation, direct sales, cold calling, contract negotiation, pricing negotiation, and client follow-up;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
