About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for converting inbound calls into sales.

You will answer incoming calls from new appliance buyers and register their manufacturer warranty, opening the discussion to upsell them to our extended warranty product, which their manufacturer's warranty will not cover.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of high-end call center experience and be able to clearly promote and convey the benefits of our product(s) to customers.

You will establish and maintain positive rapport with customers, identify their needs, and propose product offers that meet those needs. Your ability to articulate and build rapport with customers is crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, register appliance registrations, and upsell customer on appliance extended warranty.
  • Ability to clearly promote, convey benefits and sell client product(s).
