Service Agreement Registration and Contract Management Specialist

This position focuses on registering Service agreements presented by manufacturers, as well as registration changes requested by clients and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the registration process from start to finish, ensuring that all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or approved business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensate managers, account executives, and salespeople engaged in Service Registration/Activation.
  • Resolve discrepancies in registrations; coordinate registration summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  • Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes up-to-date within the registration and asset database.
  • Retrieve registration confirmations from vendors.
  • Resolve inconsistencies in registration data from vendors/manufacturers side such as erroneous serial numbers, part numbers, purchase dates, and customer contact etc.
  • Gather missing information from Sales Reps and internal departments like part number that is to be registered, end user contact info, serial numbers, reference Order for H/W or warranty etc.
  • Suggest Sales Reps to generate RMA(Return Material) for incompatible warranty part numbers being ordered, providing them with the compatible warranty part number(s) for the H/W.
  • Compensate managers and salespeople engaged in Service Renewal.
  • Resolve discrepancies in contracts; coordinate contract summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  • Coordinate the renewal and extension of Expiring Agreements/contracts.
  • Develop the scope and specifications for professional services and other engagements.
  • Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes up-to-date within the contract and asset database.
  • Draft and negotiate Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients.

* Proficiency in PC Systems and MS Office applications is required.
* Competency in a service organization environment.
* Exceptional Time Management skills.
* Teamwork and motivational skills.
* Excellent and Fluent English Communication skills.
