Job Title: Communication Facilitator

We are seeking a highly organized and effective individual to facilitate communication between various departments, clients, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact, coordinating meetings, conferences, and events while ensuring all logistics are efficiently arranged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events with attention to detail.
  • Presentation Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Correspondence Management: Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support: Support the team with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Working Hours:

The role requires adaptability to early morning work hours with the possibility of transitioning to full-time hours.

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively within and outside the organization, representing the company professionally.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a well-reputed organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Australian Culture Familiarity: Familiarity with Australian culture and business practices is a plus.
