As a data solutions lead, you will oversee the development of complex analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team in developing scalable and innovative data solutions that address business problems.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end solution development process, including data ingestion, storage, processing, analysis, and visualization.
  3. Develop comprehensive solution architectures, identifying key components and integration points, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
  4. Design flexible solutions for integrating various data sources and platforms, optimizing for real-time and batch processing as needed.
  5. Build custom data pipelines and dashboards using emerging technologies.
  6. Implement best practices to ensure security, privacy, and legal compliance, collaborating with domain experts for review and adherence.
  7. Align data and analytics initiatives with broader company goals, emphasizing business value creation through innovation and analytics.
  8. Lead and mentor a team to foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  9. Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet performance expectations.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or from our facility, with expected business travel of 20-30%.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (MS or MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years in IT, with 10+ years in data & analytics solution development, IP management, or related fields, including at least 4+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in developing data-driven solutions and managing intellectual property portfolios.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams for IP development and protection.
  • Deep understanding of emerging data analytics trends such as big data, cloud computing, and AI.
  • Strong technical expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and related fields, combined with business acumen.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property laws, patent processes, and IP strategy in tech sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, fostering innovation and collaboration.
