Business Development Manager Gujranwala

The Territory Manager Gujranwala will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through fostering strong relationships with existing operators and onboarding new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective distribution management to drive the business to desired ambition of Underlying Volume Growth/Sales Growth.
- Developing strong relationships with operators to track targets across all channels.
- Enhancing chefmanship capabilities by conducting regular kitchen trainings with Chefs.
- Building knowledge of competitive activities and market feedback, and disseminating this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Possessing a strong understanding of financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin.
- Executing and overseeing projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred.
- Customer Relationship Management & Selling Essentials.
- Basic culinary knowledge and understanding.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple teams and stakeholders.
