Role Description:

The Territory Manager Gujranwala will be responsible for leading the Unilever Food Solutions team in the assigned area to drive sales and business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective distribution management.
  • Develop strong relationships with operators to track targets across all channels.
  • Enhance chefmanship capabilities by conducting regular kitchen trainings with Chefs.
  • Build knowledge of competitive activities and market feedback, and disseminate this information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Possess a strong understanding of financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred.
  • Customer Relationship Management & Selling Essentials.
  • Basic culinary knowledge and understanding.
