The Territory Manager Gujranwala will be responsible for leading the Unilever Food Solutions team in the assigned area to drive sales and business growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive business growth through effective distribution management.
- Develop strong relationships with operators to track targets across all channels.
- Enhance chefmanship capabilities by conducting regular kitchen trainings with Chefs.
- Build knowledge of competitive activities and market feedback, and disseminate this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Possess a strong understanding of financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred.
- Customer Relationship Management & Selling Essentials.
- Basic culinary knowledge and understanding.
