Senior Quality Assurance Manager

This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of GMP and GLP principles, maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean environment between production, warehouse, maintenance, and marketing according to GMP and GLP.
- Manage the smooth operation and technical activities in Quality Control.
- Authorize or reject raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products on valid grounds.
- Evaluate laboratory capabilities and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Oversee all purchases made in the laboratory, including requisitions for reagents, equipment, glassware, chemicals, and microbiological articles.
- Assess and approve suppliers and vendors based on their performance and experience.
- Assign complaints to laboratory staff for investigation and root cause analysis.
- Ensure that competent personnel perform operational tasks for equipment calibration and performance.
- Prepare job descriptions for each laboratory member and ensure they have the necessary knowledge and training.
- Review environmental monitoring records on a regular basis.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are available for all tests performed under accreditation.
