Business Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective strategies to improve organizational efficiency and support business goals.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Analyze and document business needs using tools such as process maps, use cases, and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Support project managers in planning, implementation, and tracking of initiatives.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements or automation solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
