Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Head located in Karāchi. The Business Unit Head will oversee the daily operations of the business unit, manage staff, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, coordinating with other departments, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth. The Business Unit Head will also be responsible for budgeting, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Strong project management and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in performance management and reporting
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Experience in the relevant industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
