About the Role- We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial success in the Lahore region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and build relationships with agribusiness clients including distributors, millers, food producers, and agri-input providers.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing and post-sale support.
- Work closely with commercial and product teams to align client needs with tailored product offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver value for both the client and our business.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent us at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, within agritech, or agriculture sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the agricultural landscape and customer needs in Pakistan, especially Punjab.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to pitch to clients and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven – thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Problem-solving mindset – quickly adapts to client needs and business challenges.
- Strong commercial acumen – understands pricing, positioning, and sales metrics.
- Self-starter – comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
